Production method
A slightly excess of CoCO3 · nCo(OH)2 · mH2O is mixed with a 58% solution of perchloric acid. Filter to remove excess basic carbonate. Evaporate the solution until crystallization begins. Cobalt perchlorate hexahydrate was separated after cooling to 20 ℃.
